Considering A beach Wedding? take a read~

When considering a Beach Wedding, you need to consider the following: 1. Beach Wedding Locations: Does the spot have a great outlook? You will know when you see the ceremony if this is the spot you want to get married it. Remember your wedding is a reflection of you. Is there enough car parking? Talk to your wedding coordinator about what your car parking options are. Will I need a council Permit? In all public areas you do need a council permit. This can be organised by your wedding coordinator so contact us today. When should I obtain a council permit? Popular Locations book up so be sure to get your permit as soon as you can confirm the location and time. Can guests get down to the beach easily? Consider supplying a map or directions with the invitation if you believe your ceremony location may be hard to find our if you have interstate or international clients coming to your wedding. We can also supply signs to help your wedding planning. Where will everything be set up? Make sure to visit the location with your wedding coordiantor prior to your wedding day to discuss where you would like everything to be set up and positioned. 2. Photography: Does the surrounding area have great backdrops for photos? Where do you want to have photos. Do you want beach photos or garden photos? You should work this back from what time your reception is, how long you want location photos, and then how long the ceremony will be. We can help you! What shade will there be for the guests? It usually is at the reception venue but we also have other options like marquee or hotel/resort venues. Talk to your wedding coordinator about what is the best option for you. When is the decision made? Depending on set up and wet weather plan this can be between 1 to 3 hours before your ceremony. How will my guest know where to go? Make sure you have someone who can send a quick msg to all your guest in the event it should rain.
